Delete your PumpSheet account

PumpSheet is made by Vance Solutions. You can delete your account in the app, or by email if you can’t use the app.

Cancel Pro first

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel Pro. If you have it, cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings first, or it keeps renewing.

In the app

  1. Open PumpSheet and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Enter the six-digit code we email you.

Your account is deleted at once.

Without the app

Email hello@pumpsheet.app and ask us to delete your account. Send it from the email address on your account, so we know the request is yours. We’ll confirm it through that address, then delete the account.

What happens to your data

Your profile, workouts, body data, profile photo and Coach chats are deleted with your account, and backups expire within 7 days. A few records are kept for a set time after that, such as sign-in logs and purchase records. The Privacy Policy lists what we keep and for how long.
